Fleet Foxes - False Knight on the Road
One of my favorite Fleet Foxes songs. I believe that it is actually a traditional folk song. Mr. Pecknold carries out the song and subject matter beautifully. The imagery that I get when listening is that of a battle-hardened, veteran knight watching a young boy shipping out to fight and it makes him not only nostalgic, but perhaps regretting and questioning all that he has done. Or maybe I'm just talking out of my ass.

Sagor & Swing
"..its great to have the team back together as there's been a
lack of Middle Earth meets Zelda instrumental albums of late and as suchBotvid
Grenlunds Park arrives just in the knick of time. Knocking the Zelda appeal up
one notch higher with their 8-bit level selection artwork, the music contained
inside leaves no disappointments; quickly becoming the soundtrack to whatever
epic journey you care to break it out for. The pair are still chasing the down
the Shire-pointed rabbit hole towards their hero Bo Hansson's epic 70's
sojourns and they come pretty damn close in scope and execution. This one
should be filed snugly on the shelf between your copies of King Crimson and
Yes, Roger Dean blacklight poster optional but highly recommended." -Raven Sings The Blues
They said it best so there ya go. My only complaint is that it is too short. This album is the balls. Find it and have yourself a groovy time. ;)
